Shopping at The KSG – Kistler’s Online Store
It’s as simple as point and click. You select a category like Fine Jewelry, Gifts, Accessories & Supplies, or Awards… and click. Choose a product of interest … Click. If you want to purchase the displayed item, simply enter the quantity desired and Click “Order”. Add as many items as you would like and the click on “Check Out”. You can view your cart at anytime during your shopping by clicking on “View Cart”.
Credit Card Protection
We have a SSL certificate to protect your credit card number. SSL provides a secure connection, allowing you to transmit private data online. Sites secured with SSL display a padlock in the browsers URL and possibly a green address bar if secured by an EV SSL certificate. You can shop with confidence in our online store just like shopping in our retail store.
Rings and other Fine Jewelry
We require a ring size on all ring orders. For rings and other fine jewelry please make sure to specify the following information:
- White or yellow gold (if available).
- 10kt or 14kt Items are priced specifically but may be changed on a s/order basis (if available).
- CZ or diamond (if applicable).
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Our normal shipping method of your order is via UPS. Shipping and handling charges are calculated automatically when you place an order. You will be able to see shipping charges before completing your order but they may be less. International orders, including the Virgin Islands may be subject to import charges and taxes, which are the responsibility of the purchaser. We will ship the best way for time and economy.
Ohio residents add sales tax (applicable tax will automatically be added to your total).
For U.S. residents, we ship all in-stock orders within 48 hours (2 working days) upon availability. That means you should receive your order within 5 business days. For Canadian orders you can expect to see your shipment within 10 to 21 days. If an item is Out of Stock and on back order or is no longer available – we will notify you via e-mail or by Phone.
